Cancellation and reschedule - IPMA exam

Please use the form below to cancel or reschedule your exam. Fill in your current date of the exam and the desired date of the exam. You can take a look at the exam calendar for availability.

In case you have to change your billing information, please let us know in a separate e-mail (info@ipmacertificeren.nl).

Would you like to postpone your exam? You are able to do so up to two months in advance. You can only postpone your exam twice.

Costs for delaying your exam or assessment can be found below. All tariffs are exclusive of 21% VAT.

If you delay your exam 24 hours prior to the exam, you will not receive a refund.

Redo a phase or stop in the meantime

For each certification level, you will go through a number of phases. Some of these phases you can only enter with a positive result. In case you do not pass successfully, you can do a one-time re-exam. Please do not this is not for free, have a look at the list of rates. For some of the phases, it is not possible to do a re-exam. In this case, the process will stop and you will receive the remaining costs. 

When you decide to stop by yourself, you will receive the costs of the follow-up phases minus the cancellation costs.

When you do not receive the exam, report, or assessment with a positive result, there is a possibility for a one-time re-exam or hand in your document one more time. You will be charged the tariff corresponding to the phase. The tariffs mentioned are exclusive of 21% VAT.
